How do I return an item?



If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the unused product within 21 days of your receipt (as indicated by FEDEX) for an exchange, store credit for a future purchase or refund of the purchase price of the merchandise. Returns will not be accepted after the 21 day limit.

  • Items must be in new condition with tags and packaging in place. Used, abused, or broken after use items will not be accepted.
  • Shipping and COD charges will not be refunded.
  • Advanced Equine Products does not accept returns for clearance, closeout or custom color/size items.
  • Please be advised that once opened, computer software is non-returnable.
  • If an item breaks or becomes damaged during normal use because of a manufacturing defect Advanced Equine Products will repair, replace, or refund the purchase price of the returned product as dictated by the manufacture's warranty.
  • For returns on items drop shipped from our vendors please contact us for return instructions since a Return Authorization Number may be required.
  • For your protection, we recommend that you ship your return back to us via FEDEX or US Postal Service with insured service. This protects you in case the shipment is damaged or lost in transit. This will also allow you to track your return shipment easily through that carrier. Advanced Equine Products cannot assume responsibility for misdirected, damaged, or lost shipments.
  •  In the unlikely event that the incorrect item is shipped to you (i.e. you ordered fly spay and received bell boots) please contact us for return instructions.
  • Please contact the carrier (FEDEX etc.) immediately if your shipment arrives damaged.
